We're so glad you found us and can't wait to welcome you into our community! If you're a hardcore regular, thank you for shaping the community into what it is today.
Our goal is to create a special space for our community to blossom. To do this, we want to be sure you're comfortable and safe while surfing with us. If you're booked onto a surf lesson, this form isn't relevant to you as you will be under the responsibility of Progress Surf School.
For social surfs or skate jams, please register your attendance by signing the waiver in order to join us in the water or on the tarmac. You must be 18+ to participate.
